We contacted Sakari, CEO of Kanava to learn how his team improves their business practices with Dynamics Estate.

Why did you decide to implement the Dynamics Estate?

The biggest challenge of the real estate management sector is that the data is spread across various software and programs, due to which the maintenance, collection and combining of the data requires a lot of time and resources.

The real estate managers are facing the same problem as the doctors – they have to upload information in several different systems, which means that they don’t have time left for the actual customer work. Dynamics Estate frees the necessary time that the real estate managers can use for whatever they think is the most relevant at that given period.

How did the Dynamics Estate affect the work of your employees?

The key innovation is that information needs to be uploaded only once and all the data is kept in one place, yet afterward, it can be used for multiple purposes. This means that the real estate managers don’t need to look for data from different programs and wonder whether the information is up to date. When all the legally required information (maintenance charges’ payment, mortgage shares, part-owners’ alteration works and the residence’s refurbishment plans) is up to date, the property managers’ certificate can be obtained with just one click.

Cooperation between the real estate management, the residence’s service providers and the residents has greatly facilitated thanks to the data’s real-time transfer between all relevant agents.
